QWPD双波长相位延迟片
CVI激光级双波长波片的两个波长的延迟并不相同。其中,选定的第一波长的延迟为二分之一个波长(λ)。选定的第二波长的延迟为一个波长(λ),这样会使同一束激光束中第一选定的波长相位产生延迟而选定的第二波长在相位显示中保持不变。双波长相位延迟片采用多阶设计。

Optosigma193nm退偏器DEQ-2S是带有楔角的水晶和合成石英直接接触后构成的退偏器。由于合成石英的楔角抵消水晶的光束偏角,光束将不会偏转。由于双面都镀有防反射膜,具有高透过率,波长范围350-2500nm。主要分为三款型号:DEQ-1N, DEQ-2S和DEQ-2OP。

B.halle193nm偏振分束器/偏振立方体分光棱镜由熔融石英制成,可提供10mm、20mm、30mm和50mm的尺寸。当偏光立方体分光器的尺寸为10±0.5mm时,193nm PBS的测试中心区域为直径9mm,传输中的消光比<1:200,光束偏差<5’。
